Breathe. Always be mindful of your breaths, especially when life dips into a period of becoming overwhelming. As creatives, we often get in ruts of creative blocks & as humans, we fall into spurts of mental lapse, where the world around us feels as if it's closing in. Both of these afflictions are created in our mental, they don't really exist. Life is supposed to have its up and its downs, if it didn't then would we really be alive? The point is to find ways around obstacles, to push through them so that we may be stronger on the other side. So in these moments when the world feels too heavy to handle, always remember - BREATHE.
